The Section Lead has day-to-day responsibility to ensure that, in liaison with the Horticulture and Projects Manager, undertake all horticultural tasks as specified in the annual Horticulture Plan. To ensure that all Health and Safety requirements for these tasks are met. To ensure that all tasks are carried out according to the needs of the Service Users and provide all aspects of care and support for your group as detailed within the Individual Support Plans.
