Based next to our shop. Flowers and plants that come back every year, woody herbs, apple trees and wildflowers. A great space for learning about pruning, seasonal and customer care.
This area includes crops like chillies, tomatoes and other veg grown under cover, plus outdoor beds for salads, leaf crops & seasonal fun like giant veg!
We have four dedicated horticulture sections, each focusing on a different area of growing care.
Whether you're brand new to growing or already have green fingers, there's always something to do and something to learn!
Typical horticulture activities include:
Planting seeds
Pricking out and potting on
Watering and feeding plants
Harvesting the crops
Weeding and cutting back
Planting hanging baskets
And much more!
