About the event
We have been running Ceilidhs at Kehelland for just over a year and we really do pride ourselves on these being inclusive, family-friendly, welcoming and fun for all.
We are fortunate to have some of the best folk musicians in Cornwall playing for us, who just happen to all be part of the very talented Kessell Family.
Toby (Melodion) & Jen (formerly Dyer) (viola) Kessell, Harry (concertina), Olly (banjo) and Tris Kessell (fiddle) & Natasha (soon to be a Kessell!) Kozaily (harp and voice).
Dances are expertly led by Tamsin Kessell, who not only knows all the Ceilidh dance moves and how to explain them, but also, outside of our Ceilidhs, she also coordinates our Countryside Skills activities & Duke of Edinburgh for our Kehelland Learners. Lucky us!
Entry to our Ceilidhs is 'Pay as you can' and this all goes directly towards keeping the event running into the future.
