You will provide high-quality educational ad personal support to learners, promoting independence, individuality, and dignity at all times. Working as part of a supportive team, you will assist with learning activities, including IT support and help maintain safe, well managed educational and horticultural environments. You will follow trusts policies, including safeguarding and health & safety.

Flexibility in duties, location and working hours is essential to meet the needs of the service learners.
