Meet Sylvie & Sasha, Joint leads for Section 2 at Kehelland Trust....

This section grows a wide variety of edible crops that are enjoyed in our kitchen and made available at our shops, both on and off site and sold to the Cornish Food Box Company and other fresh produce retailers across West Cornwall. 

Almost and A-Z of veg! Artichokes, Aubergines, cucumbers, climbing beans, leaves and edible flowers for our ever-popular salad bags, chard, kale, peas, courgettes, purple sprouting brocolli, celeriac, tender herbs, soft fruit, perennial veg and much, much more. They're a busy lot! They also produce loads of veg 6 packs for sales enabling our customers to have 'ready to plant', super-healthy and resilient veg plants to go straight out into their gardens. 

Trainees working in this section enjoy seed sowing, pricking out, planting on, watering, weeding, feeding & harvesting as well as enjoying the beautiful environment of our Vintage wooden-framed Dutch Glasshouse.
